Dine & Drool in Capital's Plush Suburb!

When a city gets to witness an inauguration of a new foodie joint, or a so called 'fine dining' place every fortnight, it is hard to differentiate between who is offering a real gastronomical experience, and who is simply filling your tummy with whatsoever a hungry human at the end of a day can think about.
 Dwarka, the only suburb of Delhi recently got one new restaurant in her kitty. But, this time it was something really different. Good food, and relaxed interiors, is what Drool Kitchen is all about!

Drool, which means saliva... an utmost symbol of temptation for any yum food. We certainly did not review this interesting place keeping  'temptation' in mind. Reason being, we have been exploring this plush suburb of India's capital for the last five years for some really yum food, and above all  for a reasonably done creative interiors, and every time our eating out ended in sheer disappointment. 
So, we ;just' thought of having a look at this new place too. But, it turned a beautiful surprise to us.

Food That Speaks About Splendid Flavours!
Drool Kitchen is conceived by 4RS Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, with an aim to provide a complete destination for a nice culinary experience. It's a multi-cuisine restaurant but assures to offer you specialty platters- from Chinese, Italian, and Indian, sans South-Indian.

USP of the Restaurant
If food is one reason why you would like to visit Drool again and again, it is the location that catches all your attention. It's the first restaurant in Delhi (as they claim) that is right under the metro station. Yes, you can hear the metro passing right on your head, but doesn't disturb you, or your fine dining experience.
Spread over an area of 7,000sq.ft, the ambiance is a total comfort. The restaurant has indoor and al-fresco area for dining, plus cozy cages for a family fun time. Be it the multi coloured furniture and crockery; the jungle safari motif on the wall; or the life size aquarium at the entrance (not operational yet), the interiors is different in it's own way, specially in this suburb.

They Have a yum Yogurt & Blueberry Dessert Too! 
Coming to the menu, the Chef Dheeraj Mangothra, and the owner Rajan Sethi both have really put a great effort to come out with food that suits to the requirement of college going crowd, nuclear families, and couples.  We gave a try to Italian pizza (from Prawn to typical Mediterranean), spinach dimsum (rolled in starch base dough), and traditional Indian arhar dal. The Chef is quite innovative, and is more than willing to share his worldly experience, when it comes to food.

What attracts most is the price tag on each dish. Surprisingly reasonably. And, they are not compromising on the portion as well.

Tiger prawn lemon coriander, Charmula crusted fish & sage scented Indian lamb chops cooked to perfection; or the Spaghetti Aglio Olio Pepperoni, Drool Special Risotto, Drool Apple Chicken Curry, Bhuna Gosht, Spaghetti Bolognaise, Paneer Kurchian, Tandoori Murg Salad to Babri Seekh Kebab, Sliced Fish in Oyster Chilli Sauce, Sage Scented Indian Lamb chops... and the list seems endless!
