Shades, Summer Style Must-haves!


Our feature title is clearly indicating what we are going to talk about in the next few lines. While the season being Spring, we can actually feel summer in most parts of India now. And, when we say summer, we certainly mean scorching heat, and bright light. So, even for women who are not too style savvy, the ultimate protection ought to be a  nice Shade. Don't wonder if we call it an ought-to-be style statement. Well, with Luxottica's newest range, you will definitely desire for one of these! Take a look...

Versace, which is one of the premium brands under Luxottica in India, has recently come out with their Signature eye-wear collection. Looking at the picture you can make out that it is a high fashion collection, and follows the international trends. We spoke to Amitabh Sehdev, Marketing Head, Luxottica to know more about this range. " The collection is actually part of the other product series from the brand, like footwear, bags etc, to it's basically a style statement from top-to-toe from the brand. The touch of gold that you see in each piece as details was introduced during the fashion week," said Sehdev.

Now, coming to what exactly what women want when it comes to women, Sehdev had a very interesting observation. " I wish it was that easy to understand what women want. But, on a serious not, today, Indian women are looking for style in every aspect. they don;t want to compromise on the style factor, but at the same quality and price point," he said.

He further added that today women have a minimum of 2 shades in her bag. " She knows that in morning she is leaving for office, but she might have to head to a party in between, so she keeps something party wear too. Aviator look, bigger shades are still very much a trend, but everything is going on a subtle side now. The colours of this collection are very refreshing, and the shapes as you can see are very he added.
Now, whether the brand has been right in it's observation or not, it's something that this summer season will decide, when a lot of women will actually head for style accessory shopping. 
what we can say is that the brand has come out with something really innovative. Additional, the protection, safety, etc, everything comes by default!
