The capital is witnessing a lovely weather today. Monsoon seems to be at it's peak, and so is the week. While food features on AWSW are usually flashed on weekends, but this beautiful weather is asking for some interesting and yum recipes that are quick and healthy!
So, here we are with our recent experiential. And, this is all about Cornitos Nachos Blogger's Contest where we participated, and created this tasty and healthy recipe, names AWSW Nachos...

Trust us, it was a fun event, and we too marked our presence there.
Dr. Supriya Himanshu, the Founder & Owner, participated (see pics), and prepared this nice dish, which we named it as AWSW. While the dish was not our innovation, we did some really detailed Google search to find out the right dish that can go well with women, and we came up with this one.

This recipe has all those elements that women love to enjoy, especially when then are in a mood to get pampered…
Elements of the Dish
2 ripe Pears, skinned & seedless
1 lemon, juice
1 green chilly, seedless & finely chopped
½ garlic clove, peeled & grated
touch of ground cumin, large ripe tomato, seedless, chopped in fine squares, 2 onions (spring, if available), trimmed & sliced, salt and freshly ground black pepper, as per taste

3-4 tomatoes, seedless, finely chopped, 1 green chilly, seedless, finely chopped, dash of pepper sauce, 1 garlic clove, peeled, 1 large lemon juice, ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil,
Cornitos Nachos, 2 x 200gm bags plain nachos, 200gm jar jalapeno, drained, sliced, 200gm Feta cheese (or even cheddar), grated

150ml sour cream, handful chopped coriander leaves
1. Mash all of the guacamole ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Cover the bowl with cling film and chill in the fridge until needed, 20 minutes approx.
2. Mix all of the salsa ingredients together until well combined. Set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Pre-heat the oven to 220C/430F. Sprinkle the Cornitos Nachos into a large oven-proof dish. Scatter over the sliced jalapeno peppers and grated cheese. Shift it to the oven and cook until the cheese has melted, 4-5 minutes approx.
Serve in Style
Add the guacamole, salsa and sour cream on top of the nachos, absolutely casually, and sprinkle over the coriander leaves, for the final touch!
