If you have plans to revamp your home decor or are soon shifting to your brand new abode, then the newest trends in decor is what you would sure be interested in. Well, the recently concluded Indian Design ID17, one of the biggest decor celebrations in India witnessed the best of plush decor and trends.Let’s take a look…
We liked the very ambience of the 5th Edition of this event, especially this one. A fluffy, sweet candy floss themed dining ensemble by Kanika Bawa Design, was right there at the entrance of the venue to welcome the visitors at the grounds.
We visited the venue right on day one to experience the vibes, meet and interact with Architects like Kohelika Kohli from K2 Designs, experience the healthy and detox menu, especially curated by The Park Hotel, and of course understand and getting the know-how of decor trends for the year. The exhibition had brands participating across all the decor categories like furnishings like carpets, blinds (by D’Decor), curtains, table tops, furniture, kitchen who exhibited their latest add-ons and fresh range of collection.
The three-day long event had seminars, interactive sessions, workshops by th sponsor brand, DIY masterclasses, and a beautiful F&B area, with pop ups like No-Mad 97% India by Valerie Barkowski, in association with The Park Hotels. We loved the detox beetroot juice there, that’s what we could actually experience in such a short time on the first day.
The event got to see some clean and straight lines, no-fuss look in furniture segment. Something that we particularly observed at Natuzzi’s stall. The MD later told us how women are by and by getting personally involved in the decors of their own adobe. They know what exactly they want.
Well, we are quite sure of that as meeting architects like Ms Kohli and knowing the challenging worlds of architectures was a goo know-how… if not the designs!
